Annual profit rises for German reinsurer Hannover Re

Profit rose in the full financial year 2024 for German reinsurer Hannover Re compared to the previous year in preliminary results published on Thursday. Looking ahead, for fiscal 2025, Hannover Re continues to anticipate group net income of around €2.4 billion ($2.49 billion). For the year, group net income increased to €2.3 billion from €1.8 billion in the previous year.
