Germany Suspends Export Credit and Investment Guarantees for Russia BERLIN—Germany has suspended two trade instruments in a move that will make it more difficult for some German companies to do business with Russia following Moscow’s attack on Ukraine. Berlin has stopped the approval of export credit and investment guarantees for Russia, the Economy Ministry said.
